Founded with a mission to bridge the education-to-employment gap and inspire young people to pursue visionary living and become leaders of change, we ventured into outreaches to secondary schools. We strongly believed: “… that wholesome education, far from being a scam, is a powerful tool for personal and community transformation.”
We trained a group of human-centred designers and co-created Baseline, an automated weighing scale and vital signs checker for persons living with disability with support from the Office of the Vice President of Nigeria and the Israeli government.
As we grew and expanded to 4 states across Nigeria (Abuja, Lagos, Benin and Port Harcourt); we focused on equipping young people with practical skills to get started in careers as digital marketers, data analysts, project managers and human-centred designers. We started connecting young leaders across multiple African countries
We introduced mentorships for careers and scholarships for young people to access world-class education. We forged partnerships with organizations, and secured internships and employment opportunities for young people.
With a bold vision, we are re-establishing our commitment to empowering 10,000 African youths by 2030. This initiative is focused on bridging the education-employment gap, fostering digital and technical skills development, leadership and driving sustainable community solutions.

Africa is a continent of immense potential, with its youth population projected to reach 850 million by 2050, representing the world’s largest workforce. However, this opportunity is overshadowed by staggering unemployment rates and underemployment. In Nigeria, the youth employment rate reached a critical 53.4% in 2023, leaving millions without secure economic opportunities. Among Nigeria’s 13.9 million unemployed youth, over 2.9 million are graduates or postgraduates. This crisis is compounded by an education system that often fails to equip young people with 21st century skills needed to navigate today’s job market, leaving a generation of youth disconnected from opportunities to thrive.
